Piero G. Quiroz, Esq.
Piero is a Virginia family law attorney at Waypoint Legal, PLLC, dedicated to guiding clients through life's most defining moments. Raised in Northern Virginia, Piero brings deep roots in the communities he serves. Admitted to practice in Virginia and a member of the Fairfax Bar Association, Piero focuses on family law matters in Fairfax and Arlington counties, including custody and visitation, child support, equitable distribution, and related proceedings in both Juvenile and Domestic Relations (JDR) and circuit courts. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve clients in whichever language they are most comfortable.
Piero represents parents and families navigating complex domestic disputes, serves as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) appointed to advocate for the best interests of children, and accepts court-appointed counsel work — reflecting a broad commitment to ensuring families have meaningful access to representation at every level.
At Waypoint, accessible legal representation is a core value — not an afterthought. Piero is committed to ensuring that quality family law counsel is financially within reach for the clients who need it most, and structures his practice with that goal in mind.
Waypoint was founded on the belief that clients deserve a counselor who meets them where they are — practically, emotionally, and legally — and who provides clear, honest guidance when the stakes are highest.
